What can you do if someone makes a false accusation against you?

Got me a situation currently in my life. Helped this zealot religious human, I am poor but he lost all in a fire, all together with him and his side kick friend I gave/lost 50,000 in 20 or so months. Then he went nuts on the property; shouting in the garden, banging on a shared wall to terrorize a single mom and her children. He was so short fuzed he became unbalanced over nothing. So I had to say bye, go mess with other good Christians as you pray and then bang away. Ohh and he get up thru the night to do a little more drumming on the wall. So he had to go. He left me this long letter taped to the wall. He had 25 false accusations to continue the terrorism. I mean big stuff, like after he attacked me verbally and he actually said I attacked him but the proof is on my side as I have a email a few days later asking for my forgiveness for attacking me for once again nothing, but asking him to pull weeds which is in the lease. His, all roads lead to religious discrimination hence he claimed why I evicted him, no, it was that he was a lunatic that I was unable to live on my own homestead in peace without a grown man child drama of temper tantrums, and he weaved this story how I attacked him and hence it was religious discrimination. That is about a 500,000 fine, then he claimed I tampered with mail, that is 25,000 fine and five years in prison. Then that I gave him illegal drugs, and it went on for 25 things. I was shocked and lay in bed for a few days as it sunk me. Even though it was false, it still upset me. And obviously he is no Christian or is a counterfeit one, of the Greek Orthodox religion path. I was so shocked not only by his raging and terrifying kids, once a two young 2 year olds were visiting the tenants and this religious man banged on the walls so badly they ran and hid. I had to get out of bed and dress and go down to talk to the children in spanish and let them know by being funny with them, that they were welcome here, ( and forget the horrid attack on the walls that terrified them.) Meanwhile, I am semi bed ridden for 30 years, and I see the children and feel joy and see them running about the land. I am now looking for a lawyer to sue him. One issue is he is so unbalanced that he may retaliate and I have to think of my mom’s house and my tenants and my life. But nobody has done me this wrong with false accusations and I have worked with convicts and gangs for 45 years. Nobody has disrespected me this much, unless when I was being sexually attacked, or my father and domestic violence. By far he was the third worst tenant. First the child rapist and child porn enjoyer, he gets first billing. Then the couple who death threatened and said they kill me and mom and burn the place down and if we made a peep to cops he come back and do us in. He stole all he could, squatted and what he could not steal, he destroyed and even took mom car battery. Third is this fool. When I terminated his section 8 lease, I just said I no longer wanted to participate, but now I am going to send an addendum to the notice with videos of his melt downs. Make room for another person who needs help. He can go live in a monastery far from ordinary humans. Oh he already had and apparently I heard first hand that he had blow ups and melt downs all the time, they just turned the cheek. I hope I can see if I can also sue the church as they knew this man and tried very weak like to control him, but a muzzle had to be put on before they set this false accuser lose on the public. I have never sued anyone but no one harms me with impunity. Being assaulted about 50 times, the only gladiator fights I had was with Mexican bullies who ganged up on me in Mexico when I was a child and looking too white, so got the caca kicked out of me frequently. I fought boys and girls, and I tried to kill them so I could be done with being bullied all the time, but aside from that I have never attacked a person as a adult. Never one punch, I have used blocks, and dodges and stepping aside and then waiting to fight when I was attacked on the streets of Santa Cruz, so for this man to accuse me of assaulting him, really got me fucking pist off. All cause he wants to dodge paying his bills he owned me, about 7000. The dude even accused me of threatening him with my gun. Well, luckily in California, which I did not know until his lawyer said I banished a gun at him, what? I had to look up that word. Sucker never even saw my piece, but Stand your ground does apply and had no idea of that law until he accused me of threatening him. Stand your ground and he will be leaving in a bodybag if he trespasses. I am under five feet and bed ridden elder, so I do have a equalizer but need a good sized dog to do the initial confrontation as I hobble to get my gun. This man terrorized all of us for 8 months, refused to go. Called 911 after he shinned this super bright light into my bedroom when we had no electricity. Sheriff wanted to come asap. But I had to back his action down, for the fear of retaliation. I despise bullies, and all those false accusations is for a insanity defense or in reality to back me down with more bullying ways people seem to love to do. So bodybag bro. But do give me a noisy warning so I can load the shells in the shotgun and send you to hell where it might be a better residency for you with warm temperatures and your type of people.
